OPERATION HOURS :
- Open from 10.00am to 9.00pm (TUESDAY - SUNDAY)
- Closed every Monday
- Last treatment starts at 7.30pm
RESERVATIONS :
- Reservation must be made in advance. Reservation can be made by phone or sms @ 019-388 1212 / 03-5124 8508. A cancellation notice of at least 3 hours is required so that we can reschedule your appointment as well as other customers.
ARRIVAL :
- At least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to check in and change. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.
VALUABLES :
- It is recommended you leave your valuables in the locker provided by the management or keep them at home. The management does not assume liability for any lost valuables.
SPA ATTIRE :
- Wear whatever is most comfortable. All our therapist are well trained to drape a sheet or towel discreetly over of body not involved with treatment and to protect your privacy at all the times.
AGE REQUIREMENT :
- Clients under 16 require parental or guardian's consent. Clients must be at least 18 years of age for massage and wrap therapies. Children may not accompany a parent during their services.
CELL PHONES :
- Please be considerate of all Santai Spa guests and help us maintain a relaxing and peaceful spa. Turn off all cell phones prior entering. Our front desk will be happy to assist you should you require any.
SPA EXPERIENCE :
- Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions or areas of focus with your therapist before and during your treatment.
HEALTH REQUIREMENT :
- Santai Spa therapist will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply; any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation, or the presence of broken skin or lesions. If pregnant, please advice prior treatment.
